Critère d'intégration:
- Cancer non hématologique métastatique/récidivant confirmé histologiquement, stade IV à l'entrée dans l'étude.
- Âge : 21-75 ans.
- Statut de performance ECOG 0-1.
- Les patients doivent avoir au moins une lésion mesurable.
- La maladie des patients doit avoir échoué à au moins une ligne de chimiothérapie standard / thérapie ciblée ou autre traitement dans le cadre métastatique.
- L'espérance de vie estimée des patients est supérieure à 3 mois.
- Les patients qui refusent la chimiothérapie ou qui sont physiologiquement inadaptés à la chimiothérapie ou à toute autre thérapie standard à la discrétion de l'investigateur seront considérés comme éligibles pour cet essai.
- Les patients doivent avoir une fonction médullaire adéquate, définie comme WBC ≥ 3 500/mm3, neutrophiles ≥ 1 500/mm3, lymphocytes ≥ 1 000/mm3 et plaquettes ≥ 100 000/mm3.
- Les patients doivent avoir une fonction hépatique et rénale adéquate, définie par une alanine transaminase (ALT) et une aspartate transaminase (AST) sériques ≤ 5 fois la normale, une bilirubine ≤ 1,5 fois la normale et une créatinine ≤ 1,5 fois la limite supérieure de la normale.
- Tous les patients doivent avoir une documentation du résultat négatif du test de pénicilline.
- Les femmes ou les hommes en âge de procréer ne peuvent participer que s'ils ont accepté d'utiliser une méthode contraceptive efficace.
- Tous les patients doivent être informés de la nature expérimentale de cette étude et doivent signer et donner un consentement éclairé écrit.
Critère d'exclusion:
- Sujets atteints d'un cancer métastatique en progression de la maladie (durée de survie prévue < 3 mois).
- - Sujets ayant subi une chimiothérapie moins de 4 semaines avant le début de l'essai.
- Sujets ayant reçu de l'IFN-γ ou du GM-CSF moins de 4 semaines avant le début de l'essai.
- Sujets séropositifs pour le VIH, le VHB ou le VHC.
- Patients présentant des métastases du système nerveux central, à l'exception de ceux dont la maladie du SNC a été traitée par radiothérapie (sans maladie > 6 mois) et/ou chirurgie et qui sont stables depuis au moins deux semaines.
- Patients qui ont une infection active aiguë ou chronique (à la discrétion de l'investigateur).
- Femmes enceintes ou allaitantes.
- Patients atteints d'une maladie cardiaque active nécessitant un traitement pour insuffisance cardiaque, angine de poitrine, arythmie ou infarctus au cours des 6 mois précédents (exception : tout patient dont l'insuffisance cardiaque est compensée par des médicaments).
- Sujets ayant reçu des corticostéroïdes ou d'autres agents immunosuppresseurs moins de 4 semaines avant le début de l'essai.
- Sujets asthmatiques et/ou sous traitement pour l'asthme.
- Sujets ayant des antécédents de maladie auto-immune, comme le lupus, la sclérose en plaques, la spondylarthrite ankylosante, la sclérodermie systémique.
- Sujets ayant des antécédents d'autres maladies systémiques.
- Antécédents de maladie néoplasique au cours des 5 dernières années, à l'exception du carcinome in situ du col de l'utérus, du cancer superficiel de la vessie ou du carcinome basocellulaire / épidermoïde de la peau.
- Sujets qui présentent des plaies ouvertes.

I. L'innocuité est évaluée par l'évaluation de la toxicité limitante (DLT) selon le National Cancer Institute - Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (NCI-CTCAE) v4.03 ou supérieur. II. DLT est défini comme suit :
