包含基準:
- PADとICの診断。
- 年齢は40歳から80歳まで。
- フォンテーヌのステージ I と II。
- 1本または2本の足の安静時上腕指数が0.90以下の間欠性跛行の症状が少なくとも3か月続いている
除外基準:
- 下肢の 1 つに重篤な虚血。
- 下肢のいずれかに中等度または重度の潰瘍がある。 運動や評価を妨げる整形外科的問題。
- リハビリテーションに関する他の研究への参加。
- 動脈高血圧の減少。
- 非代償性糖尿病

実験的:電気刺激
電気刺激によるトレーニングは、次の強度で実行されます。 中周波電流: 2.500Hz 変調周波数: 最大 50Hz オン/オフ時間: 1:2 平均セッション時間 10 ~ 15 分 筋力トレーニングを行うグループでトレーニングされるのと同じ筋肉グループに適用されます。 |

実験的:筋力トレーニング
10 種類のエクササイズがあります。 上肢: ダンベルを持って仰向けになります。高いプーリーの引っ張り力。ダンベルと糸を交互に行う。上腕三頭筋のダンベルテスト。下肢:膝の伸展、体重をかけてしゃがむ、底屈、膝の屈曲、底背屈。
セッション時間は45分から1時間、週2回、合計12週間の終わりには24回の筋力トレーニングセッションになります。
