- PAD 및 IC 진단.
- 40세에서 80세까지의 연령.
- Fontaine의 I기 및 II기.
- 1개 또는 2개의 다리에서 휴식 상완 지수가 ≤ 0.90인 최소 3개월 간 간헐적 파행의 증상
제외 기준:
- 하지 중 하나의 심각한 허혈.
- 하지 중 하나의 중등도 또는 중증 궤양. 운동이나 평가를 방해하는 정형외과적 문제.
- 재활과 함께 다른 연구에 참여.

전기 자극 훈련은 다음 강도로 수행됩니다. 중주파 전류: 2.500Hz 변조 주파수: 최대 50Hz 시간 켜기/끄기: 1:2 평균 세션 시간 10~15분 근력 운동을 수행할 그룹에서 훈련할 동일한 근육 그룹에 적용됩니다. |

10가지 운동이 있습니다. 하이 풀리 풀; 아령과 번갈아 가며 스레드; 삼두근 덤벨 테스트; 하지: 무릎 신근, 몸무게로 쪼그리고 앉기, 발바닥 굴곡, 무릎 굴곡 및 발바닥 배측 굴곡.
세션 시간은 45분에서 1시간으로 주당 2회 총 12주, 24회의 근력 훈련 세션이 종료됩니다.
