|
柔軟な S 状結腸内視鏡検査は、直径約 1 cm の柔軟な管状カメラを肛門に挿入し、S 状結腸 (約 20 cm) の近位に進める手順です。
その時点で、腫瘍の直腸生検が得られ、別の生検鉗子を使用して、腫瘍の近位5cmを超えるサンプルが得られます。
タトゥー注射は、標準治療として、腫瘍の遠位 1 cm 以内で行われ、将来の場所の特定または外科的介入のために行われます。
腫瘍の近位に到達できない場合は、肉眼的に正常に見える限り、任意の方向に少なくとも 5 cm 隣接する場所で十分です。
