COVID-19 のパンデミックが始まって以来、医療従事者向けのいくつかの心理的サポート プログラムが実施されています。特に、対面または電話やビデオ会議プラットフォームを使用して提供されるグループまたは個別のカウンセリング セッションです。 しかし、そのような心理的イニシアチブの実施には重大な障壁があります。 これに関連して、医療サービスとケアの結果を改善するためのデジタル介入は、リモートの心理的サポートを実装および提供するために推奨されます。
バーチャル リアリティは、COVID-19 に直面している医療従事者に心理的ケアを提供する上で重要な役割を果たすことができます。 新しい市販のヘッドマウント ディスプレイは、バーチャル リアリティを大勢の聴衆にもアクセスできるようにし、この技術の普及と使用における障壁を打ち破りました。 この事実のおかげで、仮想現実は人々が自律的に使用できるようになり、リモートで心理的支援を提供することができます。

- 年齢 > 18、< 65;
- COVID-19 の緊急時に医師または看護師として最前線で働いたことがある (つまり、COVID-19 患者を支援したか、COVID-19 患者専用の部門で働いたことがある);
- 視力が正常または正常に矯正されている;
- 正常または正常な聴力に修正。
除外基準:
- 身体疾患:心血管疾患、神経疾患、てんかん。
- 薬物療法:向精神薬、降圧薬、抗てんかん薬。

実験的:バーチャルリアリティ(VR)グループ
VR グループに割り当てられた参加者の治療は、1 週間にわたって行われるそれぞれ約 30 分の 3 回のホームセッションで構成されます。
各セッションでは、参加者に約15分間の「MIND-VR」を体験してもらいます。
続いて、バーチャルリラクゼーションコンテンツ「The Secret Garden」に挑戦。

特別に開発された VR コンテンツを使用して、ストレスや不安に関する心理教育コンテンツを配信し (「MIND-VR」)、リラクゼーション テクニックをトレーニングします (「The Secret Garden」)。
