調査の概要
詳細な説明
目的 1 では、研究者は、P-KID CARE 介入の開発に関する情報を提供するための形成的研究を実施します。
研究者らは 100 人の子供を小児傷害登録簿に登録し、WHO 保健緊急部隊評価ツールを使用して 2 つの研究施設の能力評価を実施します。
研究者らは、紹介されてキリマンジャロ・クリスチャン・メディカル・センター(KCMC)に搬送された小児外傷患者の家族15名と、紹介されたものの来院できなかった小児外傷患者の家族15名に対して詳細な面接(IDI)を実施する予定である。 KCMCへ。
研究者らは、2つの研究施設それぞれで、小児外傷患者の医療提供者約10~15名と2回のフォーカスグループディスカッション(FGD)を実施する。
目的 2 では、研究者はこの形成データを使用して、学際的な研究チームとの 2 日間の介入開発ワークショップ中に P-KID CARE 介入を開発します。

目的 3 では、研究者はキリマンジャロ地域の 2 つの研究施設で介入を試験的に実施します。
研究者らは、2 つの研究施設全体で合計 10 人の医療提供者が登録されると予想しています。
研究者らは、介入前期間に 100 人、介入後期間に 100 人の合計約 200 人の小児外傷患者を登録すると予想しています。
研究者は、介入を利用する医療提供者に対して事後調査と終了面接を実施し、実現可能性、医療提供者の受け入れやすさ、忠実度などの実施結果を評価します。
研究者らはまた、KCMCに紹介された12人の患者と紹介されなかった12人の患者の家族との面談を実施し、処分決定の受容性と満足度を評価する予定である。
研究者らはまた、初回治療から最終治療までの時間、性質、罹患率、死亡率など、患者レベルの潜在的な試験結果も収集します。
主な結果は死亡です。
2 番目の結果は、最終的な治療、素因、および罹患までの時間です。
効果の大きさを決定する力はありませんが、研究者らは予備分析がグループ間の差異のシグナルを示唆することを期待しています。
