상세 설명
목표 1에서 조사관은 P-KIDs CARE 개입의 개발을 알리기 위해 형성 연구를 수행할 것입니다.
조사관은 100명의 어린이를 소아 부상 등록부에 등록하고 WHO 보건 응급 부서 평가 도구를 사용하여 두 연구 시설의 역량 평가를 수행할 것입니다.
연구진은 킬리만자로 기독교의료센터(KCMC)에 의뢰되어 진료를 받은 소아손상 환자 가족 15명과 의뢰를 받았으나 진료를 받지 못한 소아손상 환자 가족 15명을 대상으로 심층인터뷰(IDI)를 실시할 예정이다. KCMC로.
조사관은 2개의 연구 시설 각각에서 소아 손상 환자를 담당하는 약 10-15명의 의료 서비스 제공자와 2개의 초점 그룹 토론(FGD)을 실시할 것입니다.
목표 2에서 조사관은 학제간 연구 팀과 함께 2일간의 개입 개발 워크숍 동안 P-KIDs CARE 개입을 개발하기 위해 이 형성 데이터를 사용할 것입니다.

연구자들은 개입 전 기간에 100명, 개입 후 기간에 100명 등 약 200명의 소아 손상 환자를 등록할 것으로 예상합니다.
조사관은 중재를 사용하는 의료 서비스 제공자를 대상으로 사후 조사 및 퇴사 인터뷰를 실시하고 타당성, 의료 서비스 제공자 수용성 및 충실도를 포함한 구현 결과를 평가할 것입니다.
조사관은 또한 KCMC에 회부된 환자 12명과 회부되지 않은 환자 12명의 가족과 인터뷰를 실시하여 처분 결정에 대한 수용도와 만족도를 평가할 예정입니다.
조사관은 또한 첫 번째 치료부터 최종 치료까지의 시간, 처분, 질병률 및 사망률을 포함하여 환자 수준의 잠재적인 시험 결과를 수집할 것입니다.
