この観察研究の目的は、薬物使用障害(SUD)を持つ帰国者を対象とした薬物使用治療環境における、短期間のエピソード的な未来思考(EFT)介入の有効性を調べることです。
回答することを目的とした主な質問は次のとおりです。
- 遅延割引率の減少、治療継続率とモチベーションの向上、薬物乱用の削減における積極的な EFT 介入の予備的な有効性を判断します。
- 治療継続、治療動機、薬物使用などの患者の転帰に特に焦点を当てて、このアプローチの予備的な有効性を検証します。
参加者は、評価の前後のアンケートに参加し、単一エピソードの簡単な介入に参加し、その後、カスタマイズされた電話によるフォローアップに参加するよう求められます。

薬物使用障害(SUD)を持つ帰国者は、投獄から移行後の最初の 2 週間に過剰摂取のリスクが最も高くなります。
したがって、リエントリー期間は、個人が専門的な介入サービスに従事し、維持されることを保証するために特に重要です。
また、この期間中、個人は非常に影響力のある多数の決定に直面します。
彼らは、多くの場合、経済的および社会的支援が限られている中で、複雑な課題(仕事を見つけること、住居を確保すること)を乗り越える必要があります。

実験的:再突入に向けた時間軸の延長(ETHoR)
エピソード的未来思考 (EFT) は、参加者が作成した将来の出来事の記述を利用して、個人の時間的視野を延長します。
EFT パラダイムでは、参加者は、将来起こる可能性のある具体的でポジティブなバランスのとれた出来事の鮮やかな説明を作成し、想像することが求められます。
最近の研究では、EFT に特定の目標(つまり、
望ましい将来の結果と一致する活動に従事している自分自身のイメージを呼び起こす)は、望ましくない健康行動のより強い減少と関連しています。
したがって、ETHoR条件の一部として、参加者は、所定の将来の時点に対応する、参加者が実質的で投獄のない活動に従事する前向きな活動を反映する4つの特定の出来事を口頭で説明し、想像するように求められます。
