기본 목표:

I. 고용량 요법의 대상자가 아닌 새로 진단된 다발성 골수종 환자에서 멜팔란, 프레드니손 및 탈리도마이드를 받는 환자와 멜팔란, 프레드니손 및 레날리도마이드를 받는 환자 간의 무진행 생존을 비교하기 위함.

2차 목표:

I. 팔 사이의 전체 생존을 비교하기 위해. II. 응답률과 응답 깊이를 비교합니다. III. 독성 발생률을 비교합니다. IV. 진단 시 유전자 발현 프로파일링을 사용하여 예후 도구로서 골수종의 전위 분류(TC)를 검증합니다.

3차 목표:
