FLOW 시험은 176명의 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 여러 캐나다 사이트에서 운동 재활과 항우울제 요법(예: 선택적 세로토닌 재흡수 억제제 - 플루옥세틴)의 결합 효과를 평가하는 무작위, 위약 대조, 맹검 2상 시험입니다. 88명의 환자가 연구의 각 부문에 등록될 것입니다. 두 그룹 모두 표준 치료 재활 외에 운동 프로그램을 받게 되지만 한 그룹(중재 그룹)만 활성 약물인 플루옥세틴을 받게 됩니다.

- 등록 시 뇌졸중 후 일수는 2개월에서 12개월 사이여야 합니다(즉, 동의일)
- 환자가 보고한 하지의 편마비
제외 기준:
- 지주막하출혈 환자
- 사전 병적 수정 Rankin 점수> 2
- 상당한 병전 장애 또는 기존의 결함 또는 평가를 방해할 수 있는 언어 이해 결함
- 등록 6주 이내에 항우울제 사용이 필요한 주요우울장애/불안장애 진단
- 등록 후 30일 이내에 신경이완제, 벤조디아제핀, 모노아민 옥시다제 억제제 복용
- 불안정하고 심각한 의학적 상태(예: 말기 암, 신부전 또는 간부전, 울혈성 심부전)
- 안정시 혈압 180/100mmHg 초과
- 이동을 위해 한 명 이상의 지원이 필요합니다.
- 시험 참여에 영향을 미칠 계획된 수술
- 다른 정식 하지 운동 프로그램에 일주일에 하루 이상 참여

실험적: 플루옥세틴 염산염
