상세 설명
간병인(CG)은 종종 간병인의 건강과 삶의 질(QOL)의 현저한 감소로 이어지는 상당한 심리적 및 신체적 고통을 경험합니다. CG 고통을 줄이면 CG 정신 및 신체 건강을 개선하고 전반적인 QOL을 개선하며 그들이 제공하는 치료를 개선할 수 있는 잠재력이 있습니다.

더 큰 CG 모집단의 대표 모집단으로 암 간병인(CCG)을 사용하여 장기 목표는 광범위하게 접근 가능하고 이전에 연구된 기공 요법(Eight Brocades, Baduanjin Qigong)을 평가하는 최종 시험을 수행하는 것입니다. 개입은 강사가 이끄는 커뮤니티 기반 그룹에서 또는 인터넷을 통해 강사의 간헐적인 가상 라이브 피드백으로 보완된 녹화 안내 지침을 통해 학습하는 개인에게 제공됩니다. 결과에는 QOL, 피로, 수면 장애, 심리적 고통, 간병인 부담 및 신체 기능이 포함됩니다. 이 R34의 단기 목표는 최종 시험의 타당성과 설계를 알리기 위해 혼합 방법 파일럿 무작위 통제 시험(RCT)을 수행하는 것입니다. 조사관은 54개의 CCG를 다음 세 가지 조건 중 하나로 무작위화(1:1:1)하여 이러한 목표를 해결할 것입니다. - 참가자는 불안정한 질병(예: 최근 입원, 불안정한 심혈관 질환, 활동성 암)이 없습니다.
- 참가자는 정신 장애(예: 관리되지 않는 우울증 또는 정신병, 약물 남용, 심각한 성격 장애)가 없습니다.
- 참여자는 퇴행성 신경근 질환(예: 파킨슨병, 다발성 경화증)이 없습니다.
- 참가자는 15분 동안 지속적으로 걸을 수 없습니다.
- 참가자는 지난 6개월 동안 20개 이상의 수업으로 정의되는 정규 기공 또는 유사(예: 요가 또는 태극권) 수업에 참석한 최근 이력이 없습니다.
