본 연구의 목적은 ADHD 아동 및 청소년에서 비약물적 중재(경두개 직류 자극, tDCS)와 약물(메틸페니데이트, MPH) 투여의 효과를 비교하는 것입니다.

모조 통제 대상자 내 연구 설계가 수행될 것입니다.
임상 적격성 심사는 기준선에서 완료됩니다.
모든 참가자는 발달 신경정신과 의사와 심리학자가 인지 및 적응 수준, ADHD 증상의 심각도, 동반이환 정신 장애의 존재를 평가하는 광범위한 신경정신과 평가를 받게 됩니다.
기준선 평가(T0)를 완료한 후 참가자는 세션 간격이 24시간(T1, T2, T3)인 3가지 조건에 노출됩니다. DLPFC); B) DLPFC를 통한 1mA 가짜 tDCS 세션의 단일 관리; C) ADHD에 대한 NICE(National Institute for Clinical Excellence) 가이드라인(NICE, 2000)에 따라 즉시 방출 MPH(Ritalin®)의 단일 투여.
조건의 순서는 참가자 간에 균형을 이룹니다.
모집 후 참가자는 6가지 가능한 조건 조합(ABC, ACB, BAC, BCA, CBA 또는 CAB) 중 하나에 할당됩니다.
할당은 컴퓨터에 의해 생성된 무작위 순서에 따라 이루어집니다.
무작위화 정보는 데이터 수집이 완료될 때까지 독립적인 연구원이 유지 관리합니다.
참가자는 기준선(T0), tDCS 투여 중(양극 및 가짜 조건의 10분 후) 및 1 MPH 투여 시간.
이월 효과가 발생하지 않는지 확인하기 위해 각 세션(T1, T2, T3) 전에 SST 및 N-Back 작업을 수행하고 결과를 기준선(T0)에서 얻은 결과와 비교합니다.
참가자가 기준선 수준으로 돌아오지 않으면 적어도 2시간 후에 다시 참가자의 성과가 기준선으로 돌아올 때까지 또 다른 평가가 시행됩니다.
참가자와 부모는 tDCS 조건 할당에 눈이 멀게 됩니다.
tDCS는 BrainStim 자극기로 수행됩니다.
