Kryteria przyjęcia:

  1. Wiek 18 lat lub więcej w momencie podpisania świadomej zgody (ICF).
  2. Dla fazy 1b: wynik w Dynamic International Prognostic Scoring System (DIPSS) od 3 do 4 (ryzyko pośrednie-2) lub ≥ 5 (wysokie ryzyko) pierwotnego MF, post-PV MF i/lub post-ET MF, jak potwierdzono w najnowszy raport z lokalnej biopsji szpiku kostnego, zgodnie z kryteriami Światowej Organizacji Zdrowia (WHO) 2016.
  3. Wypłukanie co najmniej 28 dni przed badaniem przesiewowym następujących terapii: androgeny, erytropoetyna, kladrybina, immunomodulatory (lenalidomid, talidomid), interferon alfa-2a lub jakakolwiek inna terapia ukierunkowana na MF. Ogólnoustrojowe kortykosteroidy są dozwolone w stanach niehematologicznych, jeśli dawka jest stabilna lub zmniejsza się przez ≥ 28 dni przed badaniem przesiewowym i otrzymuje się ekwiwalent ≤ 10 mg prednizonu przez 28 dni bezpośrednio przed badaniem przesiewowym.
  4.   9. Nowotwór złośliwy w ciągu ostatnich 3 lat, inny niż pierwotny MF, post-ET lub post-PV MF. Dozwolona jest następująca historia lub współistniejące warunki:
