Kliininen tutkimus lääketieteellisistä laitteista PROXERA PSOMED 20 ja PROXERA PSOMED 40 plakkipsoriaasin ja ei-pustulaarisen palmoplantaaripsoriaasin hoidossa (PASI)

sunnuntai 26. heinäkuuta 2026 päivittänyt: ICIM International S.r.l.

Lääkinnällisen laitteen PROXERA PSOMED 20 tehokkuuden ja turvallisuuden arviointi psoriasista kärsivien potilaiden psoriasishoitojen vähentämisessä sekä lääkinnällisen laitteen PROXERA PSOMED 40 tehokkuuden arviointi ei-pustuloosisen palmoplantaaripsoriasis-vian vähentämisessä plakkipsoriasista kärsivillä potilailla: sponsoroidun, interventiivisen, yksikeskuksisen, satunnaistetun, yksisokean, potilassisäisen kontrolloidun tutkimuksen (PASI)

Tämä yksittäiskeskus-interventionaalinen tutkimus suunniteltiin arvioimaan kahden CE-merkittyjen topikaalisten lääketieteellisten laitteiden tehokkuutta ja turvallisuutta: PROXERA PSOMED 20:a tutkitaan osallistujilla, joilla on ei-kämmenjalkatason plakkipsoriasis, kun taas PROXERA PSOMED 40:a tutkitaan osallistujilla, joilla on ei-pustuloosinen kämmenjalkatason psoriasis.

Tutkimuksen tavoitteena on selvittää, johtaako kohdealueen hoito määrätyllä lääketieteellisellä laitteella suurempaan kliiniseen paranemiseen verrattuna saman osallistujan hoidottomaan vastakkaiseen kontrollialueeseen. PROXERA PSOMED 20:n kohdalla ensisijainen arviointi suoritetaan 4 viikon hoidon jälkeen. PROXERA PSOMED 40:n kohdalla ensisijainen arviointi suoritetaan 8 viikon hoidon jälkeen.

Toissijaiset tavoitteet sisältävät turvallisuuden, paikallisen siedettävyyden, psoriaasin kokonaiskehityksen, sen vaikutuksen elämänlaatuun sekä kohdealueiden paikallisen sairausaktiivisuuden lisäparametrien arvioinnin. Osallistujat levittävät määrätyn tutkimuslaitteen kerran päivässä valittuun kohdealueeseen, käyvät läpi kliiniset arvioinnit suunnitelluilla tutkimuskäynneillä ja antavat turvallisuus- ja siedettävyystietoja koko tutkimuksen ajan.

Interventio / Hoito
Kokeellinen: Potilaan sisäinen hoito PROXERA PSOMED 20:llä
Yksiryhmäinen, satunnaistettu, yksisokea, potilassisäisesti kontrolloitu tutkimushaara. Osallistujat määrätään hoitoon diagnoosin mukaan: osallistujat, joilla on ei-kämmenjalkapohjan laattapsoriasis, saavat PROXERA PSOMED 20 kerran päivässä 4 viikon ajan yhdellä koekohdalla, kun taas osallistujat, joilla on ei-märkäinen kämmenjalkapohjan psoriasis, saavat PROXERA PSOMED 40 kerran päivässä 8 viikon ajan yhdellä koekohdalla kämmenellä tai pohjalla. Molemmissa kohorteissa vastaava vastakkaisen puolen koekohde jätetään hoidottomaan kontrollina.

Tulosmittaus
Toimenpiteen kuvaus
Aikaikkuna
Difference Between Treated and Untreated Target Plaques in Change From Baseline in Target Lesion Score at Week 4
Aikaikkuna: Baseline to Week 4 (end of treatment)
The Target Lesion Score assesses the severity of a representative psoriatic plaque based on erythema, induration (thickness), and scaling. Each component is scored from 0 to 4, and the total score ranges from 0 to 12, with higher scores indicating greater lesion severity. In participants treated with PROXERA PSOMED 20, the outcome compares the change from baseline to Week 4 in the treated target plaque with the change in the contralateral untreated control plaque.
Baseline to Week 4 (end of treatment)
Difference Between Treated and Untreated Target Areas in Change From Baseline in Local Modified Palmoplantar Psoriasis Area and Severity Index at Week 8
Aikaikkuna: Baseline to Week 8 (end of treatment)
The local modified Palmoplantar Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (mPPPASI) assesses erythema, induration, scaling, and extent of involvement in each target palm or sole area. Erythema, induration, and scaling are each scored from 0 to 4, while extent of involvement is scored from 0 to 6. For each target site, the local score is calculated as (erythema + induration + scaling) × extent and ranges from 0 to 72, with higher scores indicating more severe disease. In participants treated with PROXERA PSOMED 40, the primary analysis compares the change from baseline to Week 8 in the treated target area with the change in the contralateral untreated control area.
