これは、最近低値を維持している参加者の骨折治癒に対するテリパラチドによる6か月の治療の効果を評価するための、12か月、第3相、前向き、無作為化、並行、二重盲検、プラセボ対照、多施設共同研究です。 - 外傷、片側性、大腿骨頸部骨折で、内固定により安定化。 調査には 3 つの期間があります。
- -大腿骨頸部骨折の手術治療後14日以内に完了する必要があるスクリーニング期間

- 低外傷の片側大腿骨頸部骨折（転位または非転位）を負う前に歩行可能であった地域在住の男性および閉経後の女性
- 大腿骨頸部骨折以外に、無力な状態がなく、平均余命が少なくとも2年ある
- -大腿骨頸部骨折の内固定（スライディングヒップスクリューまたは複数の海綿状スクリュー）による治療を受けた、または治療を受ける資格がある（外科的処置自体はこの研究の一部として行われません）
- -リスク、投薬、および研究手順について通知された後、書面によるインフォームドコンセント（参加者または代理人）を与えている
除外基準:
- 骨肉腫のベースラインリスクの増加
- -原発性骨粗鬆症以外の骨代謝に影響を与える未解決の骨格疾患の病歴
- スクリーニング時の血清カルシウムの異常上昇
- スクリーニング時の血清無傷副甲状腺ホルモン（PTH）（1-84）の異常上昇
