이것은 12개월, 3상, 전향적, 무작위, 병렬, 이중 맹검, 위약 대조, 다기관, 다국적 연구로, 최근 저혈압을 유지한 참가자의 골절 치유에 대한 teriparatide로 6개월의 치료 효과를 평가합니다. -외상, 일방적, 대퇴골 경부 골절이 내부 고정으로 안정화됨. 이 연구에는 3개의 기간이 있습니다.
- 대퇴골 경부 골절의 수술적 치료 후 ≤ 14일 이내에 완료되어야 하는 스크리닝 기간

- 저외상, 일측성 대퇴골 경부 골절(전위 또는 비전위)을 겪기 전에 걸을 수 있었던 지역 사회 거주 남성 및 폐경 후 여성
- 대퇴 경부 골절 이외의 무능력 상태가 아니며 기대 수명이 2년 이상일 것
- 대퇴골 경부 골절에 대한 내부 고정(슬라이딩 고관절 나사 또는 다중 취소 나사)으로 치료를 받았거나 받을 자격이 있습니다(수술 자체는 이 연구의 일부로 수행되지 않음).
- 위험, 약물 및 연구 절차에 대한 정보를 받은 후 서면 동의서(참가자 또는 대리인)를 제공했습니다.

- 골육종의 기본 위험 증가
