- 이전에 치료받지 않은 진행 단계, CD20 양성 FL 환자
- ECOG 수행 상태가 0, 1 또는 2인 환자.
제외 기준:
- 등급 3b(공격적) FL 또는 FL 등급 1, 2 또는 3a 이외의 조직학을 가진 환자
- 이전에 림프종 치료를 받은 적이 있는 환자
- 통제되지 않은 활동성 감염(바이러스, 박테리아 또는 진균)의 증거가 있는 환자.
- 적절하게 치료된 자궁경부 자궁의 상피내 암종, 기저 또는 편평 세포 암종 또는 비흑색종 피부암을 제외하고 무작위 배정 날짜 이전 5년 이내에 모든 악성 종양이 있는 환자.
