신경학적 연행 연구를 통한 순응도 향상을 위한 음악 활동 개입
청각 운동 결합은 걷는 속도와 음파 속도를 동기화할 수 있는 신경 동조를 유도하는 것으로 나타났습니다. 음향-운동 동조가 신체 활동 행동에 대한 장기적인 변화를 유도할 수 있는 정도는 불분명합니다.
심장 재활은 필수적이며 급성 심장 사건 이후 환자에게 반박할 수 없는 사망 혜택과 관련이 있습니다. 무작위 임상 시험에서 대조군에 비해 생존율이 25-50% 향상됨이 입증되었습니다. 그러나 최대 50%의 환자가 이러한 프로그램이 완료되기 전에 중도 탈락하여 이러한 이환율 및 사망률 혜택이 약화됩니다(37, 54). 이러한 프로그램에 대한 순응도를 개선하는 방법을 탐색하는 연구에 따르면 재활/운동 프로그램에 음악 및 기타 전체적인 환자 중심 개입이 심장 재활 참가자의 동기 부여, 지구력 및 만족도 향상과 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났습니다. - 외래 환자 심장 재활에 참여하고 있으며 의학적으로 안정하다고 선언된 영어 사용 환자는 Toronto Rehabilitation Institute의 심장 재활 및 이차 예방 프로그램에서 모집됩니다.
