X-레이로 무릎 OA 진단을 받고 Kellgren-Lawrence OA 방사선 분류 시스템에서 최소 2점(4점 만점)의 점수를 받은 40-75세의 참가자가 연구에 포함됩니다. . 정신 또는 인지 장애(예: 치매), 증상이 있는 척추, 고관절, 발목 또는 무릎 평가를 방해할 수 있는 OA 이외의 발 질환이 있는 참가자는 제외됩니다. 균형 또는 전정 장애, 말초 신경병증, EMG 전극 배치를 방해하는 피부 상태, 죄수, 임신부(신고), 비영어권, 시각 및/또는 청각 장애가 있는 참가자도 제외됩니다.

KneeBRIGHT 게임 활동은 플레이어에게 가상 세계 및 미션 소개로 구성되며, 플레이어는 개인 아바타를 사용자 정의하고 일련의 보정 수축 및 연습을 완료하여 게임 컨트롤에 익숙해집니다. EMG 시스템을 통해 플레이어의 근육 수축은 가상 환경 내에서 아바타의 물리적 움직임과 차량 제어로 변환됩니다. 각 퀘스트 유형 챌린지는 개인의 신체 상태에 따라 앉은 자세, 앙와위 자세, 지지 자세 또는 독립 자세로 플레이할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다. 게임과의 사용자 상호 작용에는 무릎 확장 운동과 최적의 치료 효과를 제공하는 기능적 움직임이 통합되어 있습니다.

통계 분석 연구 전에 종합 KOOS 점수로 평가한 무릎 기능을 중재 후 기록된 KOOS 점수와 비교하여 KneeBRIGHT 운동을 수행하는 환자가 대조군에 비해 무릎 기능을 크게 향상시킬 것이라는 1차 가설을 테스트합니다. 개입 전 KOOS 점수 측정값은 개입 후 점수에서 차감되어 일련의 델타 값을 생성합니다. 이러한 델타 값은 ANCOVA(공분산 분석)를 통해 분석됩니다. p≤0.05 결정 규칙이 거부 기준으로 활용됩니다.

KneeBRIGHT 시스템을 사용한 운동 시간과 대조군의 표준 운동 요법을 사용한 운동 시간을 비교하여 가정 방문 시간 데이터를 분석하여 운동 시간이 KneeBRIGHT 시스템에서 더 길다는 가설을 테스트합니다. 각 시스템의 평균 사용 시간은 귀무 가설 기각 기준으로 P v≤0.05를 사용하여 Student's paired t-test를 통해 분석됩니다.
