설명
포함 기준:
- 천식 또는 COPD 진단을 확립했습니다.
- 최소 한 달 동안 하나 이상의 흡입기 장치에서 시작했습니다.
- 흡입기 장치를 만성적으로 계속 사용할 것으로 예상됩니다.
제외 기준:
- 감염 위험이 높은 환자(면역 저하).
- 매우 심각한 임상 증상(심각한 호흡곤란, 저산소혈증으로 인한 착란, 지속적인 산소 요법의 필요성)을 나타내는 환자.

목표 흡입기 기술 교육에 대한 표준 구두 교육
|
참가자들은 흡입기를 올바르게 사용하는 방법을 보여준 다음 기술을 보여달라고 다시 요청했습니다.
각각의 잘못된 단계에 대해 환자는 수정되었고 기술을 숙달할 때까지 단계를 반복하도록 요청했습니다.
이 과정을 최대 3회 반복하였다.

목표 흡입기 기술 교육에 비디오 기반 교육

참가자들은 비디오 기반 학습 방법으로 교육을 받았습니다.
스마트폰을 이용하여 환자가 사용하는 각 흡입기의 올바른 기술을 보여주는 교육 영상이 상영되었습니다.
비디오를 본 후 환자들은 흡입기 사용법을 다시 보여주도록 요청받았고 올바른 기술을 최대 3번 마스터할 때까지 각 잘못된 단계마다 비디오가 다시 표시되었습니다.
인터뷰가 끝날 때 중재 그룹의 참가자는 WhatsApp을 통해 비디오 사본을 받았으며 필요할 때마다 비디오를 보도록 모두 초대되었습니다.

이 척도는 복약 순응도 평가를 위해 이전에 검증된 4점 점수이며, 점수가 1에서 4로 증가하면 복약 순응도가 향상되었음을 의미합니다.
MGLS가 1점인 환자는 복약 순응도가 낮은 것으로 간주되었으며, 점수가 2점 이상인 환자는 복약 순응도가 중간에서 높은 것으로 간주되었습니다.
