상세 설명
1상 시험에서는 저용량 CFL001을 투여받는 초기 그룹에 3명의 피험자를 등록할 예정입니다. 이들 피험자가 이 용량을 잘 견디는 경우, 중간 용량의 CFL001을 투여받는 그룹에 3명의 피험자를 등록하게 됩니다. 이들 피험자가 이 용량을 잘 견디는 경우, 최고 용량의 CFL001을 투여받는 그룹에 3명의 피험자를 등록하게 됩니다.
모든 피험자는 증상성 천장관절(SIJ) 증후군을 앓고 있으며, 등록 전 한 달 동안의 임상 평균 통증 점수는 100점 기준으로 ≥50~90입니다.

포함 기준:
- 연령 ≥ 18세 및 ≤ 90세.
- Fortin, FABER 및 압박 징후를 포함한 임상 소견을 토대로 SIJ 증후군을 진단합니다.
- 기본 ODI 점수가 30% 이상이고 VAS 100mm 척도에서 SI 관절 통증 점수가 50점 이상 및 90점 이하인 SIJ 증후군의 중증도.
- 일측성 또는 양측성 SIJ 관절염이 있는 개인은 등록 후보자가 될 수 있습니다. 다른 모든 포함 기준에 따라 두 관절 모두 테스트 에이전트 투여에 적합하다고 간주되면 참가자가 더 고통스럽다고 보고한 SIJ를 치료하거나, 두 관절 모두 똑같이 고통스러운 경우 무작위 생성기 접근 방식("뒤집기")을 사용합니다. 동전") 어느 관절을 치료할지 결정합니다.
스크리닝 전 3개월 이내에 영상 안내에 따라 국소 마취제(스테로이드 없음)만 SIJ에 주사한 후 2일 이내에 통증이 75% 이상 감소합니다.
또는 스크리닝 3개월 전 SIJ에 영상 안내에 따라 국소 마취제와 스테로이드를 주사한 후 통증 감소를 기반으로 SIJ 상태가 확립되었습니다.
- 체질량 지수 < 40kg/m2.
- 연구 요구 사항을 준수하는 능력.
- 서면 동의를 이해하고 제공할 수 있는 능력.
- 가임 연령/능력의 모든 참가자는 연구 기간 동안 적절한 피임법 사용을 확인합니다.
- 모든 참가자는 약물(아세트아미노펜 및/또는 NSAID 또는 트라마돌)과 같은 보존적 치료법을 시도했지만 실패해야 합니다. 매일 가정 운동 또는 가정 스트레칭(힙 거들 및 코어 운동 포함), 목표는 20분입니다. 그리고 논리적으로 가능한 경우 6주 동안 주 1회 시설에서 안내 물리 치료를 받습니다. 위의 보존적 치료 접근법의 실패는 위의 시도에도 불구하고 3개월 후에도 통증이 지속되는 것으로 정의됩니다.
제외 기준:
- SIJ에 대한 사전 방사선.
- 시험제 투여 전 최소 3개월 동안 안정적인 용량, 빈도 또는 강도를 유지하지 않았거나 유지하지 않을 시험 제품 투여 전 15일 이내에 진통제 또는 치료법을 사용한 경우. 시험제 투여 전 최소 3개월 동안 안정적인 복용량을 갖지 못한 SIJ 증후군과 관련 없는 상태에 대해 아세트아미노펜 이외의 예정된 진통제 사용. 각 후속 평가 전 최소 24시간 동안 진통제 사용을 피하는 것을 고려하지 않습니다.

- 섬유근육통 또는 염증성 관절염, 통풍, 류마티스 관절염, 루푸스 관절병증, 건선성 관절염, 무혈성 괴사, 심각한 뼈 기형, SIJ 또는 주사 부위의 활동성 감염, 페안세린 활액낭염, 신경성 또는 혈관 파행의 과거 또는 현재 진단, 또는 조절되지 않는 당뇨병(HbA1C >8%).
- 조절되지 않는 부정맥, 3급 또는 4급 울혈성 심부전, 활동성 B형 또는 C형 간염, 빌리루빈 상승이 있는 경우 간 효소 ≥ 2배 ULN, 과응고 상태, eGFR <45 mL/min을 포함한 동반 질환의 과거 또는 현재 진단 CKD-EPI 및 치료되지 않은 악성종양 또는 6개월 이내에 진단된 악성종양.
- 임상시험 과정 동안 잠재적으로 결과를 혼란스럽게 할 수 있는 스테로이드 요구가 발생할 가능성이 있을 것으로 예상되는 제대로 통제되지 않은 상태.

- 임신 또는 수유중인 여성.
- 항응고제를 정기적으로 사용합니다(매일 아스피린 < 325mg 사용이 허용됨).
- 활성 알코올 또는 약물 남용 또는 피험자가 연구 절차를 준수할 가능성이 없게 만드는 기타 이유.
- 임상 현장의 표준 화면을 사용하여 피험자가 유효한 처방전을 갖고 있지 않은 금지 물질 또는 물질에 대한 소변 약물 화면에서 양성 결과가 나타납니다.
