被选中的孩子将被随机分配到 2 组。 根据 Frencken 和 Holmgren (1999) 提出的方案,对照组将包括经 ART 治疗的蛀牙,而根据 Innes 和 Evans (2011) 发布的指南,实验组将包括经 HT 治疗的蛀牙。 每组患者的分配将通过特定计算机程序生成的随机列表进行。 为了确保分配的隐蔽性,随机生成的序列将被分发到不透明的密封信封中,只有在患者准备好接受治疗后,操作员才会在治疗期间打开信封。

- 所选牙齿缺乏活动度
- 所选牙齿的空腔尺寸在近远中不大于 2.0 毫米,在咬合-颈和颊-舌方向不大于 2.5 毫米。

- 5 岁以下和 10 岁以上的儿童
- 不合作行为
- 没有良好的健康状况
