纳入标准:
- 4至17岁的患者。
- 根据 Hanifin 和 Rajka 特应性皮炎诊断标准诊断为特应性皮炎的患者。
- SCORAD 评分范围为 20 至 40 的患者。
- 实际使用或使用局部皮质类固醇治疗特应性皮炎发作的患者。
- 父母或法定代理人已签署知情同意书的患者。 如果患者年满 12 岁或以上,则患者必须签署同意书才能进入试验。
排除标准:
- 怀孕。
- 哺乳。
- 未承诺使用任何有效避孕方法的育龄妇女。
- 光疗治疗特应性皮炎
- 最近两个月进行过全身性皮质激素治疗。
- 最近两个月内接受过免疫抑制或细胞抑制治疗。
- 最近两个月益生菌治疗。
- 过去四个月全身使用抗生素。
- 发烧(腋窝温度 > 37ºC 或同等水平)
- 严重的过敏性疾病——
- 免疫缺陷或癌症相关过程。
- 其他可能难以评估特应性皮炎或需要继续使用局部皮质类固醇的皮肤病。
- 根据他们的技术文件,试验期间使用的任何产品或药物的任何禁忌症。
- 最近3个月内参加过任何药物临床试验。
