- 18-65岁的男性或女性
- FDR:有一级亲属(母亲、父亲、后代或同胞兄弟姐妹)被诊断患有克罗恩病溃疡性结肠炎)
- 愿意遵守协议要求、时间表和程序
- 必须能够并愿意提供书面同意;医疗、手术和用药史;当前和同时使用的药物;以及调查员认为相关的任何其他文件。
- 在同意时对所有有生育能力的女性受试者进行阴性妊娠试验。 受试者还必须同意在注册时遵循医学上批准的节育措施
排除标准:
- 疑似或确诊患有炎症性肠病或任何其他胃肠道疾病或病症
- 具有临床意义的心血管、血液学、整形外科、风湿病学、肌肉学、神经学(例如 痴呆、癫痫症、创伤性脑损伤)、内分泌、眼科、传染性(例如 人类免疫缺陷病毒、结核病、肝炎)、免疫学、肾病、肺病(例如 慢性阻塞性肺病)、皮肤病、生殖或精神疾病、病症或疾病,这些疾病会给研究对象带来不可接受的风险,影响研究数据的获取或解释,或以其他方式干扰研究对象的参与
- 筛选时收缩压读数≥ 180 mmHg 和/或舒张压读数≥ 110 mmHg
- 口腔温度读数为 100.5º F或更高
