つま先歩行のための動的副子固定: 歩行分析によるランダム化対照研究
この研究の目的は、つま先歩行者と診断された小児を対象に、足首背屈ダイナスプリント(AFD)による治療後の歩行中の足首の底屈の変化を調べることです。
12週間、患者は標準治療を受けるか、同じ標準治療と夜間にダイナスリントを装着するかのいずれかを受ける。

説明
包含基準:
- CPに続くつま先歩き
- 特発性TW
- 最初にかかとが接地して歩行不能
- 体重に耐えられず、1分以上平足で立つことができない
- 片足で立ったり飛び跳ねたりすることが 1 分以上できない(症状がある)
除外基準:
- 酸性マルターゼ欠損性ミオパチー
- 急性麻痺性ポリオ炎
- 脊髄性筋萎縮症 - すべてのタイプ
- 脳卒中、虚血性または出血性、すべてのタイプ
- 多発性硬化症
- 外傷性脳損傷(揺さぶられっ子症候群を含む)
- 膝または股関節の片側性ROM欠損
- 前回のアキレス腱延長手術
- 片麻痺脳性麻痺
- 筋ジストロフィー - すべてのタイプ

|
