- 潰瘍性大腸炎と診断された 16 歳から 75 歳までの男女の患者。
- 軽度から中等度の活動期の潰瘍性大腸炎の診断。
- 女性患者は、次の基準の少なくとも 1 つを満たす必要があります。試験期間中、医学的に承認された避妊を使用している男性パートナー。
- 男性患者は、試験期間中、医学的に承認された避妊薬を使用することに同意する必要があります。
除外基準:
- 限局性遠位直腸炎の患者。
- 感染性大腸炎の患者。
- -結腸切除術の既往のある患者。
- 他の臓器やシステムに重度の疾患がある患者。

UCDAI は、潰瘍性大腸炎の重症度を判断するために使用される 4 要素スケールです。
評価される 4 つの要素は、排便頻度、直腸出血、粘膜の外観、および医師による疾患活動性の評価です。
各コンポーネントのスコアは 0 ～ 3 の範囲になる可能性があるため、全体の最大スコアは 0 ～ 12 になる可能性があります。
