질병 특성:

  • 조직학적 또는 세포학적으로 확인된 비편평세포 비소세포폐암(NSCLC)

    • IIIB기 또는 IV기 질환

    • 편평 세포 암종은 허용되지 않습니다.

      • Adenosquamous 조직학 허용

  • 측정 가능한 질환, 기존 기술에 의한 최장 직경 ≥ 2.0 cm 또는 나선형 CT 스캔에 의한 ≥ 1.0 cm의 병변 ≥ 1개로 정의됨

    • 다음 중 하나를 포함하여 작은 병변 및 실제로 측정할 수 없는 병변을 포함하여 측정할 수 없는 질병만 없음:

      • 뼈 병변
      • 연수막 질환
      • 복수
      • 흉막/심낭 삼출액
      • 염증성 유방 질환

  • 자궁경부의 상피내암종 또는 비흑색종성 피부암을 제외한 2차 원발성 악성 종양 없음, 단, 악성 종양이 5년 이상 전에 진단되고 확정적으로 치료되었으며 후속 재발 증거가 없는 경우

    • 저등급(Gleason 점수 ≤ 6) 국소 전립선암 병력 허용
    • 결정적으로 치료를 받은 DCIS 병력이 있는 환자는 등록 전 < 5년 전에 진단을 받은 경우에도 자격이 있습니다.
  • 연구자의 의견에 따라 연구 순응을 방해하거나 심각한 부작용의 위험을 증가시키는 다른 심각한 기저 질환이나 상태는 없습니다.
  • 알약을 삼킬 수 있음

  • 다음을 포함하여 동시 중증 및/또는 조절되지 않는 의학적 상태가 없습니다.

    • 적절한 항고혈압 요법에도 불구하고 수축기 혈압(BP) > 150mmHg 및/또는 확장기 혈압 > 100mmHg로 정의되는 조절되지 않는 혈압
