- 건강한 만삭아
- 아토피 질환(즉, 어머니가 보고한, 의사가 진단한 아토피성 피부염(AD), 알레르기성 비염 또는 천식) 병력이 있는 직계 가족(즉, 친부모 또는 형제자매)이 한 명 이상 있습니다.
- 12주 이상(>=) 동안 모유 수유만 유지하려는 산모의 의도와 함께 연구 등록 시점(0일)에 확립된 모유 수유(수석 조사자[PI] 또는 피지명인에 의해 결정됨)
- 다음과 같은 생물학적 어머니("간병인")의 감독하에 연구에 참여합니다. a) 18세 이상 b) 유아의 법적 보호자 c) 연구 기간 동안 유아와 동거할 의도 d) 간병인의 모든 책임을 기꺼이 따를 의지 e) 핀란드어, 스웨덴어 또는 영어에 능통함
- PI는 간병인이 개인용 스마트 장치(예: 태블릿, 휴대폰)를 사용하여 직관적이고 상호 작용하는 전자 다이어리(eDiary)를 완성하기 위한 산전 약속 및 동의에 대한 입증된 준수를 기반으로 연구 프로토콜 요구 사항을 적절하게 준수할 가능성이 있다고 생각합니다.

- 조산(< 36주[252일] 재태 연령)
- 정상적인 수유 설정 이외의 문제로 신생아실에 입원
- 기본 질병/상태(예: 비정상 출생 체중) 또는 질병/상태가 발생할 상당한 위험(산모/임신 정보의 검토를 기반으로 함)의 증거는 주임 조사자(PI) 또는 피지명인의 의견에 따라 영아가 연구에 등록되었거나 그렇지 않으면 연구 참여를 배제하는 경우 중대한 안전 문제
- PI 또는 피지명인의 의견에 따라 안전 문제를 일으키거나 연구를 혼란스럽게 하는 중대한 선천적 결손/합병증(예: 복벽 결손, 선천성 심장병)
- 심한 광범위 피부 상태(예 콜로디온)

AD 발병 시점 및 12주, 52주 및 104주에 EASI 점수를 기반으로 아토피성 피부염(AD) 중증도가 보고될 것이다.
의사는 신체의 4개 해부학적 영역(두부, 몸통, 상지 및 하지)에서 0(없음)에서 3(심함)의 척도로 홍반, 침윤, 찰과상 및 태선화의 4가지 매개변수의 중증도를 평가합니다.
의사는 0(없음)에서 6(90~100%)까지의 척도로 얼마나 많은 영역이 영향을 받는지 결정합니다.
신체 부위 점수는 심각도 점수의 합과 영향을 받은 부위 점수에 해당 신체 부위의 상대적 신체 표면적에 해당하는 상수(각각 20%, 30%, 20% 및 30%)를 곱하여 결정됩니다.
4가지 신체 영역 점수를 합산하여 0에서 72까지 범위의 EASI 점수를 산출하고 점수가 높을수록 더 심각한 AD를 나타냅니다.

POEM은 AD를 평가하고 AD 참여자에게 중요한 질병의 측면을 모니터링하기 위한 간단하고 유효하며 쉽게 해석되고 재현 가능한 도구입니다.
연구 담당자는 12주, 52주 및 104주에 AD 진단 시 간병인과 면담하여 7가지 증상(가려운 피부, 수면 장애, 피부 출혈, 피부 울음/진물, 피부 벗겨짐, 피부 갈라짐)을 평가합니다. , 피부 건조/거칠음) 지난 주 동안 발생 빈도의 5점 척도(없음, 1-2일, 3-4일, 5-6일, 매일)를 사용합니다.
총점은 0에서 28까지의 7개 항목의 합계입니다. 높은 점수는 더 심각한 AD를 나타냅니다.
