iPro™ CGM 佩戴最短 48 小时(2 天),最长 96 小时(4 天)。 参与者被指示每天至少完成 4 个 SMBG 记录,同时佩戴 iPro™ CGM 进行系统校准。 受试者在日志中记录 SMBG、进餐时间、碳水化合物摄入量、胰岛素剂量、运动和任何低血糖症状,以便与 CGM 数据相关联。

纳入标准:
- 糖尿病临床诊断至少 6 个月,1 型或 2 型糖尿病。
- 至少过去 3 个月在 UT 健康科学中心儿科糖尿病诊所接受过治疗。
- HgbA1c >8.5%(相当于过去三个月的平均 BG >205 mg/dL)。
- 愿意在研究期间每天至少 4 次自我监测血糖值的支持家庭。
- 愿意参与至少 48 小时连续血糖监测 (CGM) 的支持家庭,包括每天至少 4 次自我监测血糖值、记录膳食、摄入的碳水化合物、给予的胰岛素剂量、运动和低血糖症状。
- 参加建议的诊所、营养和 CGM 后续访问。
- 泵或每日多次注射 (MDI) 胰岛素治疗(每天至少注射 3-4 次)。 如果使用吸乳器,至少在过去 3 个月内使用吸乳器。 目前的胰岛素方案涉及基础/推注治疗,没有计划在研究期间转换胰岛素给药方式(例如,注射用户切换到泵,泵用户切换到注射)。
- 降糖意识不强。
- 英语或西班牙语的主要语言。
排除标准:
- 已知会影响血糖控制的药物(口服类固醇、生长激素、精神药物)。
- 记录在案的已知会影响血糖控制的慢性疾病。
- 在过去 12 个月内发生 3 次或更多次严重低血糖事件,记录的血糖低于 50 毫克/分升(如果可能),导致失去知觉、住院治疗或第三方协助,在使用葡萄糖或胰高血糖素或类似药物治疗后恢复。
- 在过去 12 个月内发生 3 次或更多次糖尿病酮症酸中毒 (DKA)。
- 报告酒精或药物滥用。
- 记录到对乳胶产品的皮肤过敏。
- 由研究者评估记录的饮食失调或病态肥胖。
- 研究者认为使患者无法遵守研究方案和所有研究程序的任何其他医学、社会或心理状况。
