Étude d'innocuité et d'immunogénicité du vaccin conjugué antipneumococcique 10-valent de GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Biologicals.

Évaluer l'innocuité, la réactogénicité et l'immunogénicité du vaccin conjugué antipneumococcique 10-valent de GSK Biologicals, lorsqu'il est co-administré avec des vaccins combinés DTCa et des vaccins MenC ou Hib-MenC pendant les 6 premiers mois de vie.
Primovaccination en trois doses des nourrissons en bonne santé âgés de 6 à 16 semaines au moment de la première vaccination contre Streptococcus pneumonia, Neisseria meningitidis et Haemophilus influenzae type b.

Critère d'intégration:
- homme ou femme entre et y compris, 6-16 semaines (42 à 118 jours) d'âge au moment de la première vaccination, sans problèmes de santé évidents et avec le consentement éclairé écrit obtenu du parent/tuteur du sujet.
Critère d'exclusion:
- utilisation de tout médicament ou vaccin expérimental ou non enregistré autre que le vaccin à l'étude dans les 30 jours précédant la première dose du vaccin à l'étude, ou utilisation prévue pendant toute la période d'étude.
- Administration planifiée/administration d'un vaccin non prévue par le protocole de l'étude pendant la période commençant un mois avant chaque dose de vaccin(s) et se terminant 7 jours après la dose 1 et la dose 2 ou 1 mois après la dose 3.
- Vaccinations antérieures contre les maladies ciblées par les vaccins utilisés dans l'étude.
