운동이 급성 니코틴 금단에 미치는 영향: 인간 연구
이 프로젝트의 주요 목표는 운동이 급성 니코틴 금단에 미치는 영향을 테스트하는 것입니다.
급성 니코틴 금단은 금연을 시도하는 개인의 재발 위험 증가와 관련된 복잡한 일련의 증상을 특징으로 합니다.
사용 가능한 구제책은 철수의 모든 측면을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
예를 들어, 약리학적 치료는 금단에 기반한 갈망을 감소시키지만 단서 관련 갈망, 수면 장애, 금단 동안의 기분 장애에는 영향을 미치지 않습니다.
따라서 지속적인 금단증상을 완화시킬 수 있는 비약물적 행동기법이 필요하다.
우리는 운동이 이러한 영역을 개선하기 위한 유효한 비약물적 전략이 될 수 있다는 가설을 세웠습니다.
연구 개요
상세 설명
제안된 작업의 목표는 다음을 테스트하는 것입니다. 1) 기분에 대한 운동의 효과, 수면의 객관적인 측정 및 큐 반응성; 2) 단기(몇 시간) 및 보다 장기간(24~72시간)의 금연 후 주어진 강도 및 기간에서의 운동 효과; 3) 아침 운동과 저녁 운동이 제안된 결과 영역에 미치는 영향.
우리는 18세에서 45세 사이의 각 피험자에 대해 다음과 같은 4가지 조건에서 조치를 수집할 수 있는 피험자 내 설계를 구현할 계획입니다. 1) 자유 흡연; 2) 금욕 2~72시간 후 저녁 운동; 3) 금욕 2~72시간 후 아침 운동; 4) 금욕 2~72시간 후 운동 금지.
운동은 고정되고 모니터링되는 복용량과 기간으로 수행됩니다.
금단 증상과 신호 반응성의 아침과 저녁 측정값을 수집하여 금단 증상과 신호 반응성을 감소시키는 운동의 효과가 운동 시합 직후 분/시간 이상으로 지속되는 효과를 나타내는지 여부도 테스트합니다.
우리는 또한 운동의 시기가 철수의 다른 측면에 다른 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 가설을 세웁니다.
제안된 작업을 통해 유망한 비약물적 행동 치료 방법인 운동이 금욕 노력을 방해하는 것으로 알려진 금단의 주요 증상을 어느 정도 약화시킬 수 있는지 조사할 수 있습니다.
이러한 효과를 더 잘 이해하면 금연을 시도하는 개인에게 더 골칫거리가 될 수 있는 시간에 운동을 할 수 있습니다.

포함 기준:
- 18-45세
- 정기적으로 운동하지 않는 것, 일주일에 세 번 미만으로 운동하고 매번 20분 이하로 운동하는 것으로 정의됨
- 의학적 질병이 없음(60% 최대 심박수(MHR)로 운동할 수 있으므로 의사의 승인 필요)
- 현재 니코틴 의존에 대한 DSM-IV 기준을 충족함(다른 정신 질환의 현재 또는 과거 병력 없음)
- 최소 연속 12개월 동안 매일 최소 08개비의 담배를 규칙적으로 흡연하고, 지난달에 금연을 시도하지 않았으며, 현재 금연을 위한 약물을 복용하고 있지 않음
- 현재 일산화탄소 호흡 수치 >10 및 소변 코티닌 수치 >3 표시
- 밤 9시 30분 사이의 습관적인 취침 시간. 그리고 오전 1시 30분
- 체질량 지수(BMI)가 40 미만입니다.
제외 기준:
- 운동을 할 수 없다
- 현재 정신과적 장애로 진단 또는 치료를 받고 있습니다. 향정신성 약물 치료는 사례별로 고려됩니다.
- 기분 또는 정신병 장애에 대한 병력 또는 적극적인 치료 또는 지난 해의 모든 치료
- 수면 장애의 현재 또는 과거 진단
- 현재 수면제 또는 수면 구조를 변경하는 것으로 알려진 기타 약물을 복용하고 있습니다.
- 현재 교대 근무 중이거나 야간 근무 중
- 지난달의 시간대별 여행 내역
- 가임 여성의 경우: 임신 중이거나 적극적으로 임신을 시도하는 여성
- 2세 미만의 자녀를 둔 부모
- 수면 무호흡증의 진단
