- 新诊断的症状性多发性骨髓瘤（根据国际骨髓瘤工作组 [IMWG] 诊断标准）
- 移植不合格
可测量疾病，由以下一项或多项定义（在随机分组前 21 天内评估）：
- 血清 M 蛋白 ≥ 0.5 g/dL，或
- 尿液 M 蛋白 ≥ 200 mg/24 小时，或
- 在未检测到血清或尿液 M 蛋白的受试者中，血清游离轻链 (SFLC) > 100 mg/L（受累轻链）和异常 kappa lambda 比率（SFLC kappa lambda 比率 < 0.26 或 > 1.65）
- 多发性骨髓瘤没有事先治疗
- 东部合作肿瘤组 (ECOG) 表现状态 0-2
排除标准：
- IgM（免疫球蛋白 M）亚型多发性骨髓瘤
