研究概览
详细说明
- 进入研究:知情同意后,患者将被随机分为三组:tDCS、rTMS、tsDCS。 负责进行神经刺激课程的医生将通过交互式网络响应系统 (IWRS) 进行随机化。
- 基线:参与者将在一本书上记录 1 个月的每日疼痛强度视觉数值量表 (VNS)。
- 治疗的开始:在基线之后,神经刺激疗程将开始。 神经刺激疗程的节奏会逐渐减慢。 前两周每周五节课,第三周每周两节课,第四周每周一节课,然后每月两节课,持续四个月。
- 神经刺激疗程结束后,将对患者进行为期 1 个月的随访。
在他们参与研究的整个过程中,患者将完成他们的 VNS 报告书(治疗前 1 个月的基线,神经刺激期间的 3 个月,神经刺激后的 1 个月)。

- 毒瘾
- 癫痫病史、头部外伤、精神病理学可能会阻碍研究的进展。
