该研究是观察性的、同质的(在单一机构中进行)、非干预性的,由两部分组成:一个是回顾性的,一个是前瞻性的(我们要求在临床试验登记册中注册)。
将确定自 2009 年 1 月起在“圣拉斐尔科学研究所”(IRCCSSRaffaele) 放射治疗部接受辅助大分割放疗的乳腺癌患者,并检索和分析他们的临床和剂量学数据。
回顾性研究的目的是分析急性和晚期毒性以及临床结果,如局部和区域控制、总生存期、无病生存期和癌症特异性生存期,并进行 5 年的随访。 次要目标是确定毒性和疾病进展的预后因素。
该研究的前瞻性研究组的目的是评估接受大分割短程(3 周)放疗的患者的生活质量,该队列由 500 名同意参与该研究的连续患者组成。 欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织(EORTC)的生活质量问卷(QLQ):QLQ-C30(一般)和QLQ-BR23(针对乳腺),将在放射治疗前,在患者入组时间、治疗结束时和随访期间,第一次随访后持续 5 年,首先安排在 6 个月,然后每年一次。

- TNM 恶性肿瘤分类病理分期为 T1-T2、N0-N1a(病理淋巴结阴性 - 最多三个阳性淋巴结)的乳腺癌患者,接受保守手术和全乳大分割放疗,无推量
排除标准:
- 男性乳腺癌患者
- 接受保守手术和部分乳房放疗的乳腺癌患者,在挽救性保守手术后复发并接受辅助全乳放疗
- 接受乳房切除术治疗的乳腺癌患者
- 接受全乳放疗和锁骨上窝+/-腋窝放疗的 TNM 病理分期 N1a 患者
