详细说明
- 在这项随机对照试验中,研究者将比较 3 种术中镇静方案(1)丙泊酚-芬太尼(2)右美托咪定-芬太尼(3)单独芬太尼的全膝关节置换术后谵妄的发生率
- 麻醉技术包括腰麻和收肌管阻滞术后镇痛。 每组作业将提供镇静剂。
- 进行区域麻醉后,将使用如下镇静方案:(1) 靶控输注异丙酚以达到 3-4 的 MOAA/S (2) 递增滴定右美托咪定以达到 3-4 的 MOAA/S (3 ) 用于抗焦虑的补充芬太尼。
- 术后每 8 小时将由训练有素的医生和注册护士使用经过验证的泰国版 CAM-ICU(意识模糊评估方法-重症监护病房)筛查谵妄,直至患者出院。
