详细说明
本研究设计为 IIb 期、单中心、随机、对照、开放标签研究,有 3 组婴儿(每组 n=150)接受三剂 ROTAVAC®、三剂 ROTAVAC 5D 或两剂 Rotarix®。 450 名参与者将随机分配 (1:1:1) 接受 ROTAVAC®、ROTAVAC 5D 或 Rotarix®。 三剂 ROTAVAC® 和 ROTAVAC 5D 将在 6、10 和 14 周龄时给药,而两剂 Rotarix® 将在 6 和 10 周龄时给药。 所有疫苗将与 EPI 疫苗同时接种,包括白喉、破伤风、百日咳、b 型流感嗜血杆菌和乙型肝炎疫苗 (DTwP-Hib-HepB)、肺炎球菌结合疫苗和 OPV 在第 6、10 和 14 周以及 IPV 在第 14 周(在赞比亚切换到时)。 在接种疫苗后,将对参与者进行 30 分钟的监测,以了解即时的不良事件。

纳入标准:
- 在进入研究之前通过病史和临床检查确定的健康婴儿。

排除标准:
- 在过去 72 小时内或入组当天出现腹泻或呕吐(暂时排除)。
- 入学当天发烧(暂时排除)。
- 入组时患有急性疾病(暂时排除)。
- 在本研究的整个时间范围内同时参与另一项临床试验。
- 存在严重营养不良(身高别体重 z 分数 < -3SD 中位数)。
- 根据病史和/或体格检查确定的任何系统性疾病(心血管、肺、肝、肾、胃肠道、血液学、内分泌、免疫学、皮肤病学、神经学、癌症或自身免疫性疾病)会损害孩子的健康或可能导致在不符合协议的情况下。
