患者的通气和氧合,尤其是在重症监护病房 (ICU) 中,正在不断发展。 患者的特征、病理和诊断方法在不断发展。 研究人员采用的主要通气和氧合方法包括带面罩和高流量插管 (HFC) 的无创机械通气 (NIMV)。
NIMV 代表了拔管失败患者的替代方案,作为建议新的再插管之前的一种选择。 高流量通气假定在呼吸功能不全的情况下患者的氧合进步,避免插管,并且也是允许断开机械呼吸机的资源,从而减少通气的机械支持时间, 在这方面有大量的参考书目和广泛的共识。 在广泛研究的副作用中,包括支气管吸入、胃胀气、吞气和流涎,这些通常可以通过药物治疗得到很好的控制。

描述
纳入标准:
- 年龄 ≥ 18 岁。
- 通过知情同意授权参与研究。
- 需要使用 HFC 和/或 NIMV 进行氧疗的患者
- NIMV 或使用 HFC 的氧疗时间至少为 24 小时。
- 预期存活超过 72 小时。
- 在 ICU 停留大于或等于 72 小时。
排除标准:
- 年龄
- 拒绝参与研究的授权。
- 不需要 HFC 和/或 NIMV 氧疗的患者
- TN 发作(活动性消化道出血、肠梗阻等)或胃肠道无功能患者的绝对禁忌症。
