- 60~80歳の男女
- フランス語を話し、読み書きできる患者
- フランスの社会保障への加入
- 患者から得た書面によるインフォームドコンセント
- 腰椎穿刺を受けることに同意する
- 腰椎穿刺のための容易なアクセス
- Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) > 20
双極患者 :
- I型またはII型
- 少なくとも4週間の安静状態
- -少なくとも8週間の安定した向精神薬治療
- -含める前の6か月間は電気けいれん療法はありません
- 「認知障害のある」グループまたは「認知障害のない」グループの分布は、神経心理学的評価の結果の関数です
非包含基準 :
- 重度の視覚障害または聴覚障害
- 進行性腰椎変形性関節症
- 重度の頭部外傷、神経障害、認知症と診断された病歴
- 依存症からの離脱期間が 12 か月未満
- 精神科への強制入院
- MRI禁忌
- LP 禁忌
除外基準:
- 結果測定の少なくとも 1 つを実行できません:
- MRI
- LP : 抗凝固作用、アクセシビリティの悪さ
