包含基準:
- 18歳から70歳までの男女
- ミズーリ州またはイリノイ州にお住まいの方
- 特定のものまたはすべてのもののにおいが歪んでいるという苦情
- COVID-19感染が疑われた後、2か月以上持続する嗅覚障害
- 英語を読み、書き、理解する能力
除外基準:
- COVID-19感染前の嗅覚障害の病歴
- -特に嗅覚機能障害の治療のための併用療法の使用
- -12か月を超える嗅覚機能障害の病歴
- SSRIは理論的に双極性障害を不安定にする可能性があるため、双極性障害の病歴
- -患者健康アンケート-9(PHQ-9)で10以上のスコアによって証明されるうつ病の症状のある参加者.95 PHQ-9 は、臨床および地域社会におけるうつ病患者の評価と診断を支援するために設計された 9 項目のアンケートです。
- -神経変性疾患の病歴(すなわち、アルツハイマー型認知症、パーキンソン病、レビー小体型認知症、前頭側頭型認知症)
- 慢性副鼻腔炎または副鼻腔手術の病歴
- 妊娠中または授乳中の母親。

実験的:フルボキサミン
このアームには、アクティブな治療、各 25 mg の経口フルボキサミン カプセルが与えられます。 最初の 6 週間は段階的に滴定します (1 週目と 2 週目は 25mg BID、3 週目と 4 週目は 75mg BID、5 週目と 6 週目は 100mg BID)。 次の 6 週間は 100mg TID の固定用量になります。 最後の 2 週間は漸減します (最初の週は 50mg BID、次の週は 25mg BID)。 14 週間の積極的な治療が行われ、評価は 12 週の完了後、漸減期間が始まる前に実施されます。 |

UPSIT は、マイクロカプセル化された匂い物質の 40 片で構成されており、各ページの下部、4 つの選択肢からなる多肢選択問題のすぐ下にあります。
特定のアイテムについて、患者はマイクロカプセル化されたパッドを鉛筆の先で引っ掻いて匂いを放ち、パッドの匂いを嗅ぎ、4 つの選択肢から匂いの質を示します。

DASS-21 は、うつ病、不安、ストレスの感情状態を測定するように設計された 3 つの自己報告スケールのセットです。
3 つの DASS-21 スケールにはそれぞれ 7 つの項目が含まれており、類似した内容のサブスケールに分割されています。
うつ病スケールは、不快感、絶望感、人生の価値の低下、自己非難、関心/関与の欠如、無快感症、無気力を評価します。
不安尺度は、自律神経の覚醒、骨格筋への影響、状況不安、および不安感情の主観的経験を評価します。
