背景:
术后谵妄 (POD) - 一种暂时的意识模糊状态 - 是一种常见的手术并发症,最常见于老年患者。 根据风险状况,9-87% 的患者会受到影响。 随着手术患者年龄的增长,POD 的预防显得尤为重要。 新数据导致假设医疗预防策略可能影响 POD 的频率或至少严重程度或持续时间。
可以对发生 POD 风险增加的患者采取预防措施;然而,POD 的临床预测因子很少见和/或不特异。 已经开发了不同的分数和测试组合来评估 POD 的术前风险,但这些工具非常耗时并且需要经过培训的人员。

学习规划:
前瞻性观察队列研究,派生队列包括计划进行择期非心脏手术的患者。
参加人数:
将招募患者,直到达到 50 名 POD 患者的集体。 在最终分析中,每位神志不清患者的研究参与者占 2%。 POD 的预期发生率为 25%,将招募约 200 名患者的总体样本量。
招聘:

方法:
