研究人群
至少一年前诊断出哮喘的连续成年患者(18 岁及以上)将从选定医院的哮喘诊所入组。
每个组(每个参与地点)应包括 35% 的 60 岁以上患者,因为该年龄组比年轻组感染风险更高,预后更差。
描述
纳入标准:
- 成年患者(18岁以上)
- 至少在入组日期前一年被诊断患有哮喘。
- 研究者认为能够并且愿意在随访期间遵守研究方案要求的患者(例如, 同意提供样本进行检测,能够在哮喘恶化和/或出现 ARI 症状时参加检测)
- 能够提供书面知情同意书的患者。
排除标准:
- 过去 12 个月内有百日咳病史的患者
- 入组前 2 周内患有 ARI 的患者
- 纳入研究时患有除哮喘、酒精或药物滥用以外的其他呼吸道疾病的患者,或患有活动性肿瘤疾病(正在接受肿瘤疾病治疗或随访的患者)或孕妇。
- 使用与哮喘诊断无关的免疫抑制剂或免疫调节剂治疗的患者。 将被排除在外。
- 接种 RSV 疫苗的患者也将被排除在外(注:-已接受 RSV(研究性)疫苗或上述任何药物的患者应从一开始就被排除在研究之外。 在研究仍在进行期间,未来几年可能接种疫苗的患者可以报名。 然而,从他们接种疫苗的那一刻起,他们就应该被排除在外,并且不会收集任何额外的数据。 研究期间直至疫苗接种期间收集的数据仍将包含在分析中)。
