ASHA Bangladesh – Integroitu toimenpide pienituloisten maaseudun naisten masennukseen puuttumiseksi
Tämän satunnaistetun kontrolloidun tutkimuksen tavoitteena on verrata köyhyyden lievittämisen ja masennuksen hoidon yhdistävän integroidun toimenpiteen vaikutusta pelkkään masennuksen hoitoon pienituloisilla Bangladeshin maaseudun naisilla, joilla on masennus.
Tärkeimmät kysymykset, joihin sillä pyritään vastaamaan, ovat: 1) parantaako köyhyyden lievittämisen lisääminen masennuksen hoitoon integroidussa interventiossa masennuksen tuloksia 24 kuukauden kohdalla masennusoireiden ja uusiutumisen olemassaolon tai puuttumisen perusteella; ja 2) parantaako köyhyyden lievittämisen lisääminen masennuksen hoitoon täytäntöönpanon tuloksia, mukaan lukien hoidon ottaminen ja säilyttäminen.
Molempien käsien osallistujat osallistuvat haastatteluihin 6, 12, 18 ja 24 kuukauden iässä.

Relapsi määritellään pisteeksi Patient Health Questionnaire -kyselyllä > = 10 osallistujilla, jotka saavuttivat remission 6 kuukauden kuluttua.
Arvioidaksemme uusiutumista, kysymme osallistujilta masennusoireiden kokemuksia milloin tahansa edellisen tiedonkeruupisteen jälkeen.
Keskitymme 24 kuukauden pahenemiseen tai uusiutumisen esiintymiseen milloin tahansa ajan 2 jälkeen (6 kuukautta).

Luomme yksilöimättömän tietojoukon, ja aiomme, että nämä tiedot ovat helposti saatavilla ja käytettävissä.
Teemme yhteistyötä muiden tutkijoiden kanssa ja toimitamme tietomme lisä-/toissijaisia analyyseja varten.
Muodollisia tiedonjakosopimuksia kehitetään ohjaamaan ja rohkaisemaan ehdotettujen tietokokonaisuuksien lisälouhintaa eri tarkoituksiin.
Tutkintaryhmä, mukaan lukien ICDDRB, hyväksyy kaikki tällaiset tietopyynnöt, jotta voidaan varmistaa tietojen eettinen käyttö.
