- 慢性脳卒中患者(発症>6m)
- ゲームのコマンドを理解できた
- 少なくとも 15 分は支えなしで立つか、アドバイスを受けながら立つことができる
- LE≧Ⅲのブルンストローム期
除外基準:
- 年齢 75 歳以上または 20 歳未満
- 重度の視覚障害または聴覚障害
- LE ≥ 3 の修正されたアシュワース スケール
- モントリオール認知評価<16
- 試合中の運動命令に影響を与えるその他の薬物療法(神経系、心肺系、筋骨格系)
