연구 개요
상세 설명
치료받은 두경부암 환자는 림프부종 및 섬유증(LEF)으로 알려진 조직 부종 및 반흔이 생기기 쉽습니다. 두경부암 환자의 LEF는 치료받은 환자의 최대 90%에서 발생하며 염증 세포와 관련이 있습니다. 유산소 운동은 이러한 동일한 염증 세포를 세포의 만성 적응으로 인해 항염증 방식으로 매개하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 따라서 연구자들은 두경부암 환자를 위한 처방 운동 연구를 제안하고 있습니다. 이 연구의 주요 목표는 타당성과 안전성입니다. 연구 참여자 염증 마커, 눈에 보이는 LEF 및 환자 LEF 증상 수집의 타당성은 연구의 2차 목표가 될 것입니다. 환자는 질적 분석을 위해 자신의 경험을 일지에 기록해야 합니다.
근거에 근거하여 사전동의를 제공한 사람들을 위한 유산소 운동 처방은 강도 10구간과 휴식시 10구간으로 구성됩니다. 강도의 각 인터벌은 1분이고 각 휴식 시간은 1분이며, 총 30분 동안 쉬운 페달링의 5분 워밍업과 5분 쿨다운이 있습니다. 참가자는 주당 2개의 세션을 완료하고 총 10개의 운동 세션에 대해 각 세션 사이에 최소 하루의 영업일이 있습니다. 총 연구 기간은 35일 미만입니다.
감독 하에 처방된 HIIE 개입은 고정식 사이클 에르고미터에서 수행됩니다. 사이클 에르고미터는 러닝머신에서 요구되는 것보다 총 운동 조정이 덜 필요하기 때문에 안전상의 이유로 선호됩니다. 안전성(주요 목표) 확립을 돕기 위해 연구 참가자의 심박수는 운동 중 임상의가 지속적으로 모니터링하여 강도 기간 동안 특별히 계산된 최대 HR의 80-95% 내에서 심박수를 유지하도록 안내합니다. .
조사관은 5주 연구 기간이 끝날 때의 결과와 기준선에서의 결과를 비교할 것입니다.
