治療を受けた頭頸部がん患者は、リンパ浮腫および線維症 (LEF) として知られる組織の腫れや瘢痕化を起こします。 頭頸部がん患者の LEF は治療を受けた患者の最大 90% で発生し、炎症細胞と関連しています。 有酸素運動は、細胞の慢性的な適応により、これらの同じ炎症細胞を抗炎症的に仲介することが知られています。 そこで研究者らは、頭頸部がん患者を対象とした処方運動研究を提案している。 この研究の主な目的は、実現可能性と安全性です。 研究参加者の炎症マーカー、目に見えるLEF、および患者のLEF症状を収集する実現可能性は、研究の二次的な目的となります。 患者は定性分析のために自分の経験を記録するよう求められます。
証拠に基づいて、インフォームド・コンセントを提供する人に対する有酸素運動の処方は、強度の間隔 10 回と安静時の間隔 10 回で構成されます。 強度のインターバルはそれぞれ 1 分間、休憩時間は 1 分間で、ウォームアップが 5 分間、クールダウンが 5 分間の簡単なペダリングで、合計 30 分間行われます。 参加者は週に 2 つのセッションを完了し、各セッションの間に少なくとも 1 営業日を空け、合計 10 回の演習セッションを完了します。 合計の学習期間は 35 日未満になります。
監視付きの処方された HIIE 介入は、定常サイクルエルゴメーターで実行されます。 自転車エルゴメーターは、トレッドミルに比べて大まかな運動調整を必要としないため、安全上の理由から推奨されます。 安全性の確立を支援するため(主な目的)、研究参加者の心拍数は運動中臨床医によって継続的に監視され、強度の高い期間中に心拍数を特別に計算された最大心拍数の 80 ~ 95% 以内に保つよう指導されます。 。

- IMRT の計画段階、または IMRT を積極的に受けている段階
