描述
纳入标准:
- 所有患者病态肥胖(BMI > 40kg/m2)至少 10 年
- 所有患者均未成功尝试通过其他非侵入性方法减肥。
- 入组的所有患者均为持续气道正压通气 (CPAP) 和 Bi-PAP naïve,并且在入组前不了解 Bi-PAP 装置
- 所有患者均由同一手术团队进行 OBS(Mason 胃成形术或胃旁路术)
- 所有患者均采用相同的标准麻醉方案进行治疗
排除标准:

SHAM_COMPARATOR:Sham Bi-PAP

ACTIVE_COMPARATOR:双PAP
