本研究では、Bi-PAP の術後呼吸機能および無作為化偽制御デザインによる OBS を受ける MOP の関連する合併症に対する効果を調査しました。 Bi-PAP は、呼吸サポートを最適化するために個別の圧力で適用され、偽の Bi-PAP も使用されて、プラセボ デバイスに関連する可能性のある効果と研究者に関連するバイアスが中和されました。

- -すべての患者は、少なくとも10年間、病的肥満(BMI> 40kg/m2)でした
- すべての患者は、他の非侵襲的手段による減量を試みましたが、うまくいきませんでした。
- 登録されたすべての患者は、持続陽圧気道圧 (CPAP) および Bi-PAP の経験がなく、登録前に Bi-PAP 装置についての知識がありませんでした。
- すべての患者は、同じ手術チームによって OBS (メイソンによる胃形成術または胃バイパス術) を受けました。
- すべての患者は、同じ標準的な麻酔プロトコルで治療されました
除外基準:
- 肥満状態とは関係のない心血管疾患および肺疾患
- 慢性腎疾患
- 最初に登録されたが、割り当てられたデバイス (Bi-PAP または Sham Bi-PAP) を毎日 12 時間以上使用しなかった患者も、後で除外されました。

ACTIVE_COMPARATOR:Bi-PAP
個別の IPAP/EPAP 圧で、鼻マスクを介した Bi-PAP を術後 3 日間適用しました。
