Caractérisation endophénotypique d'un trouble psychiatrique familial du spectre bipolaire, à expression autosomique dominante
Le trouble bipolaire est une pathologie de l'humeur chronique et fréquente, qui impacte la vie affective et socioprofessionnelle des sujets malades, et augmente également la mortalité par suicide. Le suicide est considéré comme un résultat de trouble bipolaire.
L'objectif principal de cette étude est la caractérisation endophénotypique d'un point de vue clinique et cognitif, d'un trouble du spectre bipolaire présent dans une famille, puis de mettre en évidence une mutation d'un des gènes impliqués dans ce trouble.

Description détaillée
L'héritabilité du trouble bipolaire est maintenant bien établie, mais semble être multifactorielle dans la plupart des cas.
L'utilisation d'un endophénotype caractérisé dans une famille présentant de nombreux bipolaires permet de refléter l'expression de variants génétiques plus simples que ceux impliqués dans la maladie, et pourrait permettre l'identification de gènes impliqués dans l'étiopathogénie de cet endophénotype.

Partie clinique :
- Refus de signer le consentement à l'étude de participation.
- Affection organique susceptible d'affecter les capacités cognitives et les structures cérébrales ou décompensation aiguë d'un trouble bipolaire.
Partie génétique :
- Refus de signer le consentement de l'échantillon génétique.
