この研究への個々の参加は、約2か月の期間にわたって行われます。
(約) 6 週間の研究期間中、参加者は自分の地理位置情報を共有し、3 回のオンライン セッション (リモート サブセットの場合、850796) または 3 回の直接訪問 (そのうち 2 回は fMRI 脳スキャンの取得を含む) のいずれかを完了するよう求められます。 fMRI サブセットの場合は 822815)、次の訪問までの数週間に、短い調査と繰り返しのタスク (EMA への対応、調査で提供された資金を使用して特定の小売環境から少額の購入を行うなど) を完了します。

- 日常的に使用できるiPhoneまたはAndroidスマートフォンを所有している
- 次の 3 か月間、PA、DE、または NJ (リモート サブセットの場合) またはフィラデルフィア大都市圏 (fMRI サブセットの場合) に滞在することを計画している。通算10日以上)
- 英語を流暢に読み、話す
- COVID-19 に対する完全なワクチン接種済み
禁煙基準
- -現在の登録、または今後3か月以内に禁煙プログラムに登録する予定
- 今後3か月以内にニコチン代用品または禁煙治療を使用する予定
- セッション1での尿中コチニン検査は、非喫煙者レベルのコチニンを示しています
一般的な除外基準
- 妊娠
- 携帯電話への Google マップまたは LifeData アプリケーションのインストールの拒否
- 研究者から指示や指導を受けた後、Google タイムライン データをアップロードできない、またはアップロードを拒否した場合
- -インフォームドコンセントを提供できない、または研究責任者および/または研究医師が決定した研究タスクを完了することができない。
- 個人がコンピューターのキーボードを使用したり、学習タスクを完了したりするのを妨げる可能性のある身体的または視覚的な障害。

薬物および fMRI 除外基準 (82215 - fMRI サブセット - のみ)
- 現在、薬物乱用(アルコール、オピオイド、コカイン、マリファナ、覚せい剤など)の治療を受けている
- 過去2週間以内に次の薬物のいずれかを消費したことを報告するか、最初の採用コール中に今後6週間以内にそうする計画を示します:ベンゾジアゼピン、アンフェタミン、メタンフェタミン、コカイン、MDMA、メタドン、バルビツレート、PCP、ヘロイン、オキシコドン、アヘン剤(例えば、モルヒネ、ヘロイン)、ブプレノルフィン。
- -予約1で上記の薬物のいずれかについて陽性である T1の2週間前までの上記の薬物リストに含まれる向精神薬の使用、またはT1の6週間後のこれらの薬物の予想される使用

- 最終的なデータ セットには、PA、NJ、または DE (リモート サブセット) またはフィラデルフィア大都市圏 (fMRI サブセット) の 180 人の被験者からのデータが含まれます。 データは、健康行動の尺度 (尿コチニン評価とアンケートを使用して測定)、近くのたばこ小売店からの個人の地理空間距離 (スマートフォン アプリケーションを使用して測定)、および性格と個人差 (アンケート) で構成されます。 fMRI バージョンには、脳の画像スキャンと唾液のコチニン評価からのデータも含まれます。
- 最終的な研究データは、すべてのアイデンティティ関連情報が削除され、関連する IRB と協議された上で、研究チームのメンバーとの共同研究のために研究チームによって承認された科学者が利用できるようになります。 データは、すべての非画像データについてはスプレッドシート形式で共有され、fMRI データについては NIFTI 形式で共有されます。 fMRI データの閾値のない統計マップは、安全なファイル共有インターフェースを通じて研究者が利用できるようになります。
