상세 설명
Bariatric 수술 환자는 수술 후 상당한 심리사회적 변화를 경험할 수 있지만 수술 후 지원 그룹 이외의 심리적 지원은 거의 없습니다. 기분 변화, 대인 관계 문제 및 약물 사용을 포함한 수술 후 심리사회적 변화는 삶의 질을 낮추고 수술 후 식단 및 생활 방식 준수를 방해하여 체중 감량 결과를 감소시킬 가능성이 있습니다.
이 전향적 무작위 파일럿 시험은 Geisinger Health System(GHS) 비만 수술 환자의 삶의 질, 심리사회적 기능 및 행동 변화 준수를 목표로 하는 수술 후 지원 프로그램의 효과를 평가할 것입니다.
이 연구에서는 두 개의 팔이 있을 것입니다. 중재 부문에는 GHS 영양 및 체중 관리 센터(CNWM)의 비만 수술 환자 40명(모든 절차 유형)이 포함되며, 이들은 수술 후 심리사회적 변화, 수술 후 전략을 다루기 위해 4개월간 격주로 수술 후 행동 지원 프로그램에 참여하게 됩니다. 다이어트 및 준수 및 체중 회복 방지. 대조군에는 같은 센터에서 1년 이내에 비만 수술을 완료한 40명의 일반 치료(UC) 환자가 포함됩니다.
두 그룹 모두 두 세트의 설문 조사를 완료합니다. 첫 번째 세트는 연구 시작 시 투여됩니다. 두 번째 세트는 개입 그룹의 8개 세션이 완료되면 시행됩니다. 통제 그룹은 또한 동일한 기간 동안 설문 조사를 완료합니다(기준 설문 조사 완료 후 약 4-6개월).
연구가 완료되면 통제 그룹 구성원은 개입 그룹에 제공되는 것과 동일한 수술 후 행동 지원 프로그램에 참여할 기회를 갖게 됩니다.
이 연구의 1차 종점은 삶의 질이며 2차 종점은 심리사회적 기능(기분, 식습관) 및 순응도(식이 요법, 신체 활동, 약속)의 차이뿐만 아니라 환자 만족도, 치료 타당성 및 감소입니다.
